Tiffany Beitler, MBA
Beitler founded Cooks Bay Marketing, now Plaid Moose Creative, a boutique creative services and marketing firm, in 2014. Before launching her marketing firm, Tiffany worked in corporate marketing roles at Korn/Ferry International and SuperValu, a Twin Cities Fortune 500 company. With experience in many aspects of marketing, she is a “Jane” of all trades. She is most passionate about branding work and bringing an organization’s brand to life.
In 2015, Tiffany also wrote and self-published the book Lake Minnetonka Eats.
She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Entrepreneurial Management from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and an MBA from the Opus College of Business at the University of St. Thomas.
She loves chai tea, dogs and Lake Minnetonka.
Greg McCurry
McCurry has over 20 years of marketing and communications experience and has served in executive roles at leading trade associations for over a decade as CEO and Chief Development Officer. Greg is a creative visionary leader whose strengths include outstanding communication skills, an imperative to include and promote the work of others, and never stops working to achieve company and client objectives.
Greg has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Marketing from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
He loves strong coffee, classic boats, and his overly attached labradoodle, Marty McFly.
JoAnn Holzemer
Holzemer has worked in the creative industry for nearly 3 decades, gaining substantial experience in both traditional and digital communications. As a seasoned account manager, she specializes in strategic planning, collaboration and a knack for problem solving. JoAnn is committed to providing unparalleled service and ensuring every project exceeds expectations.
JoAnn is a proud alum of the University of St. Thomas where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism.
Besides her passion for crafting creative client solutions, she enjoys choir, cookies, coffee, cocktails, Christmas, conversation and collections (of books).
Teri Jensen
With a diverse background encompassing graphic design, sales, and management, Teri brings a wealth of experience to the table. She has 35 years of experience working with clients in print and digital design. Teri’s portfolio spans diverse areas—from packaging and medical instructions to dynamic trade show graphics, requiring collaboration with global teams and extensive translation work. She is a detail-oriented planner and excels at client engagement, ensuring their projects are completed on time and within budget. She is also a team player, and motivates others to reach their full potential!
Teri is a lover of food, travel, and water activities.
Lindsey Maschler
Maschler is a driven and ambitious marketing and social media coordinator with a passion for creativity and strategy. With five years of experience in marketing, Lindsey has honed her skills in digital marketing, market research, social media management, and project coordination.
Lindsey has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in Marketing, and a certificate of Professional Strategic Selling from Kansas State University.
She loves listening to music, being active, and traveling.
Elisa Lundquist
Lundquist has a communications background and has been designing and developing websites for over 10 years. Elisa’s experience in digital marketing complements her design capabilities and makes her a versatile team member. She strives for authentic, concise and purposeful communication, always. Whether in print or on the web, her approach results in user-centric design with a clear core message.
Elisa has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Strategic Communications – Advertising from the University of Minnesota, and Associate of Applied Science degrees in Print Design, and Web and Interactive Media from Minneapolis College.
She loves thrifting, sad girl music, and her family’s famous wild rice soup recipe.
Aaron Madsen
Aaron is a hardworking, outgoing designer with 20 years of industry experience and has a passion for learning and teaching others. He has a deep understanding of all things design and loves seeing the reactions of clients when a job is complete!
Madsen is a proud graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Stout and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design.
Aaron loves spending time with his family, telling his two daughters really bad dad jokes, and all things Lego (especially Lego cars). He also enjoys creating custom illustrations for his wife’s classroom, for which she pays him in generous amounts of Caribou Coffee.
Kevin Calgren
Kevin brings a core passion for digital marketing to Plaid Moose Creative, leveraging his extensive experience to craft innovative strategies that drive impactful results. With a deep understanding of technology and entrepreneurship, Kevin thrives on helping clients navigate complex industries and achieve measurable success through focused online marketing.
Beyond his professional expertise, Kevin is dedicated to mentoring young professionals and aspiring entrepreneurs. His commitment to fostering growth reflects his belief in shaping a strong future for the industry and the economy.
David Peterson
David brings over 30 years of expertise in IT and marketing to Plaid Moose Creative, combining a creative problem-solving mindset with a passion for innovation and collaboration. As a strategic and versatile intrapreneurial executive, he has a proven track record of building businesses and leading complex sales and marketing operations across multiple industries.
David's expertise spans operational integrity, marketing efficiency, human resources, consulting, recruiting, business development, finance, licensing, community engagement, relational sales, networking, negotiations, strategic alliances, P&L management, and client/employee retention. A true techno-nerd at heart, David is driven to deliver impactful strategies that empower clients and teams alike.
Linnea Overbeck
Overbeck is an accomplished and devoted graphic designer specializing in publication design + management. Over her 15 years in the industry, she has developed a fascination with conveying messages through compelling visuals. She finds satisfaction in strategizing creative solutions while also taking pride in the details. Her efforts in publication design have led to awards from prominent magazine and publishing associations.
She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design from the University of Northwestern.
She loves being active, MN lakes, and a good thriller book.
Julie Vandevoort
Vandevoort is a seasoned bookkeeper with a passion for precision. She is a very detail-oriented individual who loves helping others. Her commitment to her craft is evident in her ongoing pursuit of personal growth. She started in her position as a receptionist and progressed to her current position.
Julie is a dedicated problem solver who enjoys unraveling financial complexities.
When she’s not balancing books, Julie loves to read, listen to music, and spend time with family and friends.
Marne Volk
Marne is an efficient and skilled graphic designer with an enthusiasm for creativity. She has over ten years’ experience with a focus on page layout and print production. Volk has a strong grasp on design principles and loves providing a fresh perspective on any project.
Through the years, she has been able to expand her knowledge by on-the-job training and collaboration with co-workers. This has enabled her to grow in proficiency with logo design, branding, email newsletters, and client relationships.
She loves spending time with her husband and her two toy poodles: Huey and Baloo. She also enjoys cooking new recipes and managing a fantasy football team.
Katie Gaffaney
Katie Gaffaney is a seasoned and highly skilled production artist and graphic designer. Fueled by her passion for creative problem-solving, she takes pride in delivering optimal design solutions, especially with print design. With more than 15 years of hands-on experience in both production and design, she could not imagine herself pursuing any other career.
Katie identifies as a proud Xennial (or elder millennial), and resides in Rochester with her husband and two energetic boys (send coffee). She loves photography, quirky roadside attractions, and the comedic talents of Chris Farley.
